Gabriel Quintero is a Venezuelan classical guitarist based in the Dominican Republic. He earned a Bachelor of Music in Performance from Stetson University, where he studied under Orlando Roman on a full artistic merit scholarship. Originally trained through El Sistema, Gabriel has worked with distinguished guitarists including Bruce Holzman, Eladio Scharrón, Adam Kossler, and Stephen Robinson.

His performance experience has taken him throughout the United States and the Dominican Republic, with appearances at venues such as Steinmetz Hall, Opperman Hall, and the Teatro Nacional Eduardo Brito. In 2019, he was recognized among the Top 20 Young Guitarists in the United States by the National Association for Music Education, and in 2023 he received the Premio Líder Internacional for Solista Líder de Guitarra (Leading Guitar Soloist).

Gabriel’s artistic work centers on the interpretation and promotion of Latin American and Spanish guitar repertoire, with a particular interest in contemporary and underrepresented works.
